Make all lamb amazing with the addition of this mouth-watering rub. It’s great on grilled and roasted lamb (and other meats) but we especially love it when cooked over charcoal to enhance the natural flavour.
Our rub delivers a delicious caramelised coating which is very tasty, whilst remaining relatively mild to suit all tastes.
Drizzle meat with olive oil then coat the surface evenly with a generous coat of rub (be sure to rub it in for best results!). Refrigerate meat, ideally overnight, but at least for a couple of hours.
Before cooking leave meat to rest at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Remember to rest meat well before serving, it makes all the difference.
