One of the Noble hops that orginated near the town of Saaz in the Czech Republic and is now grown around the world. Saaz was originally used as an aromatic hop famous for European lagers. It has been found that in popular styles like Belgian Ales, Light Lagers and Pilsners. Saaz can be used for its soft bittering quality as well. Prized for its classic herbal, earthy, and spicy aroma.
